The S24H International Ultra Running Race is an ultra-marathon which takes place in “Ion Creanga” Children’s Park from Timisoara, Romania, on a 1222,75 meter paved loop, lit during night time.
The 6, 12 and 24 hours trials consist in covering the longest distance during these times. In 2022 we will also have the 50 and 100 km trials.
The competition is addressed to professional or amateur athletes, passionate about long distance running, eager to test their physical and mental limits.

Why S24H?
The idea of organizing the S24H race originated in the will to offer all runners an opportunity to surpass their current limits and to discover the lessons offered by long distance running which can also be applied into daily life: to see beyond your present limitations, to trust your body, to consolidate your mental abilities, to successfully fulfill a task despite your physical and mental fatigue, to increase your discipline and perseverance, to learn how to feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations, to achieve the certainty that you can overcome any obstacle that crosses your path.
