Timis<br \/>\nTelephone number: +40 723 470 066<br \/>\nEmail address: <a href=\"&#x6d;&#x61;&#x69;&#x6c;&#116;&#111;:cont&#x61;&#x63;&#x74;&#x40;&#x73;&#50;4h.ro\">con&#116;&#x61;&#x63;&#x74;&#x40;s24&#104;&#x2e;&#x72;&#x6f;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Club Sportiv Super Sports Club Association reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, as well as the website content at any time, with no prior notice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COPYRIGHT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The entire content of the\u00a0<a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.s24h.ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.s24h.ro<\/a> website and its subdomains is the property of the <strong>Club Sportiv Super Sports Club Association<\/strong> and its suppliers and is protected by the\u00a0Law on copyright protection and intellectual property laws.<br \/>\nThe issues related to the intellectual property rights shall be reported at <a href=\"&#x6d;a&#x69;&#108;t&#x6f;&#58;c&#x6f;n&#x74;&#x61;c&#x74;&#64;s&#x32;4&#x68;&#x2e;r&#x6f;\">&#x63;&#x6f;&#x6e;&#x74;&#x61;&#x63;&#116;&#64;s24h.r&#x6f;<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>PRIVACY POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to the requirements of\u00a0Law no. 677\/2001\u00a0on people protection with respect to the processing of personal data and free circulation of such data, as amended and completed, and Law no. 506\/2004\u00a0on the processing of personal data and protection of private life in the field of electronic communication,\u00a0the <strong>Club Sportiv Super Sports Club Association<\/strong> undertakes to safely manage and not send to third parties the personal data provided by the Buyer, except as when such submission is required by the law.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Club Sportiv Super Sports Club Association<\/strong> uses the collected personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To issue tax invoices related to the Buyers\u2019 orders and to the registrations for the S24H competition;<\/li>\n<li>In order to provide information related to the Buyers\u2019 account status, information on the progress and status of launched orders, as well as information on the registrations for the S24H competition;<\/li>\n<li>In order to send newsletters and\/or other regular alerts to the Buyers, by email, with information on products, promotions, events and other materials of interest;<\/li>\n<li>In order to find out the Buyer\u2019s opinion on the Products sold by the Vendor and on the events organized by the Association.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>Club Sportiv Super Sports Club Association<\/strong> uses the photos with runners from the S24H competition for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To promote the event and other activities organized by the Association;<\/li>\n<li>To create informative and promotional materials dedicated to running activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Buyer has the right to access, intervene over the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to take matters to court.<\/p>\n<p>The Club Sportiv Super Sports Club Association\u00a0does not use or encourage that unrequested messages be sent out (SPAM).<\/p>\n<p>In case the Buyer wants to unsubscribe from the newsletter of the\u00a0Club Sportiv Super Sports Club Association that they are subscribed to and they no longer wish to receive any messages, they can do so at any time, by pressing the unsubscribe web link (the link), which exists in every newsletter.<\/p>\n<p>The Club Sportiv Super Sports Club Association uses security methods and technologies pursuant to the applicable legal provisions. When opting in for an online payment, the data on the card will be directly stored by the processing bank.\u00a0The Club Sportiv Super Sports Club Association does not request or store any details related to the Buyer\u2019s card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISPUTES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any dispute arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled amicably. In case the dispute was not settled amicably, the competence pertains to the courts of law in Timi\u015foara.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neither party shall be responsible for failure to comply with their contractual obligations, if such non-performance is due to a force majeure event.
